VELVET

Our Velvet comes from the high mountains of southern Tolima, where smallholder farmers in the village of Gaitania cultivate coffee at elevations between 1,800 and 2,100 meters. In this cool, high-altitude environment, Caturra trees develop slowly, allowing the beans to build depth, sweetness, and clarity.

This washed-process lot opens with smooth notes of milk chocolate and caramel, layered with the gentle nuttiness of cashew and a soft hint of vanilla. A subtle key lime brightness adds lift to the cup, creating a balanced profile with a silky body and a clean finish.

Thoughtfully grown and carefully processed, this coffee captures the character of southern Tolima — sweet, vibrant, and quietly complex.
