Due to food safety and quality assurance standards, we do not accept returns on any of our coffee products. Once an item has been shipped, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at kafistacoffee@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us right away if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We are committed to ensuring you receive the quality you expect and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Non-Returnable Items
As our products are perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or error on our part. This includes sale items and gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, the 14-day cooling-off period under EU law does not apply to food items.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
