Our Turquesa is sourced from the mountainous region of Chiapas in southern Mexico, where high-altitude farms cultivate coffee under shade-grown conditions that promote slow, even development. This washed-process coffee offers smooth notes of milk chocolate and toasted nuts, complemented by gentle citrus brightness and a medium, comforting body. Carefully cultivated and traditionally processed, this lot reflects the soul of Chiapas coffee — warm, balanced, and effortlessly drinkable.
